Love the bracelet…didn’t realize how big the smallest one was. They are adult sizes and I assumed it was for a youth grandson. I bought them for a 7 and 9 year old. It will be a while till they fit them….my mistake
Wish there was a way to make it smaller or return for the other bracelet that comes in youth sizes.

As prompted, I entered my Email, which I'll admit is unusual, but 'IS' legitimate!
Tried again & still wouldn't accept it.
I couldn't get any further. It claimed my Email was invalid!
FYI- there are a lot of strange Emails that are legitimate!
Maybe you ought to change that...

Unfortunately my experience with WAVAO has not been good!
My fault for not reading the small print that somewhere I missed that the goods would be coming to me from China and not from a location in the USA!
Partly my fault and mostly the fault of poor customer service and lack of attention to detail from WAVAO
Let me tell you the story:
Original order placed on 5/23/25
Finally delivered on 6/5/25 to the wrong address in Marblehead, MA. (notified the shipping company of this mistake but never got an apology from them or WAVAO who was told of the mistake)
My daughter searched the neighborhood and found the package at #33 Intrepid Circle. (we live at #7)
6/6/25 Notified WAVAO CS support that by my mistake I ordered the wrong size bracelets (8.5 instead of 7.5)
6/7 WAVAO replied via email with return policy instructions including an additional delivery charge of $12.00 which I paid that same day.
The emails back and forth regarding all of this was painful to say the least.
If WAVAO had a customer service telephone number all of my frustrations could have been handled smoothly.
6/7/25 Returned original bracelets per instructions to a Brooklyn NY address and I paid for USPS priority mail to speed the process and insure goods got returned safely.
6/8/25 WAVAO asked if new size was 7.5 which I had already given them that info back on 6/6.
6/9/25 WAVAO confirmed that exchange was being processed
6/10/25 original bracelets were delivered to the Brooklyn NY address
6/10/25 WAVAO now says new order was for size 8,5
6/10/25 Emailed Sherry at CS support about that error and she replied that this was a computer glitch and she confirmed that 7.5 was the new order
Finally on 6/26/25 new order with size 7.5 bracelets was received
Shame on me for making the original ordering error
but shame on WAVAO for poor communications support to satisfy the customer needs in a timely fashion
With the likes of Amazon , Wayfair and Zappos to name a few it is a wonder how WAVAO exists in this
competitive market place.
I assume whomever WAVAO is probably works from their home and prays that their customers never make a mistake and need help which obviously is not a phone call away.
My experience will not be forgotten and I will share it with family and friends.
Hoping that WAVAO will do better in the future and we all can learn from a bad customer experience.
You do plenty of emails making WAVAO look inviting to do business with but at my age of 83 it is one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered all because my grandsons grandmother wanted to give them something to remember us by.
